This class was fantastic! I learned so much. The material was interesting and engaging. My family raved over my creations, since they were subjected to my pre-class creations they did have a reference point.

Truffles have been an obsession of mine pretty much my whole life, but it honestly never occurred to me until now to learn how to make them myself so that I can have them any time I want. I’ve taken a few cooking courses before, so when I discovered this class that would teach me how to make caramels and truffles I had to do it. I called my sister and we both signed up for the next available class. Chef Ruth was our instructor, and just the fact that she taught my sister, who may be the worst cook on the face of the planet, to make a delicious truffle, tells you everything you need to know about her skills. My sweet tooth was as happy as it has ever been and my family is loving it because I have been a truffle making maniac ever since.
