Join Chef Gill on an exploration into the world of barbecue in which you'll learn how to craft a versatile barbecue sauce, create a flavorful spice rub, and the techniques and tricks for smoking and grilling meat indoors.
In this class, you'll work with three cuts of meat--beef chuck, chicken, and pork ribs--to create an array of barbecue that can be eaten as is with sides (you'll also learn techniques for excellent cole slaw!) or used to make sandwiches, pizzas, and more. A custom spice rub will be made for all of the meats, so be sure to bring containers with you!
