France is known not only for its rich culture, but its world-class desserts as well. Chef Clemence shares her expertise and passion for all things chocolate to provide you a truly unique experience. In addition to her background as a teacher and food consultant, she is the owner of a business the specializes in desserts.
Your journey begins with learning to create a luscious vanilla bean tart crust, followed by a sweet chocolate tart crust that is a true treat for the palate. A decadent vanilla pastry cream is the next stop on your tasteful tour, followed by heavenly fresh berries and apricot glaze. The grand finale comes in the form of mouth-watering honey almond tarts that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Meet your chef
Chef Clemence was born in Paris and developed a taste for buttery, sweet and chocolate-filled pastries early in her life. And her love for chocolate has never waned. Her parents moved from France to Washington, D.C. where she perfected her chocolate chip cookie recipe. She studied film in Syracuse, New York, worked at Fox in L.A. for a stint before her friends convinced her to open a dessert company. Besides teaching, she also develops recipes and serves as a food consultant.
