Welcome the different seasons with a meal you'll recreate throughout the year. Committed to sourcing local and grass-fed ingredients, Chef V will arm you with useful techniques to prepare fresh meals on your own.
This class covers a four-course meal free of gluten, dairy and grains. You'll master a reliably crowd-pleasing appetizer of fresh stuffed mushrooms, an herbaceous Caesar salad, and tender and juicy roasted pork chops. Because Chef V knows that every terrific meal ends on a sweet note, you'll end with brownies to make it the ultimate celebration of the seasons.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
