Join Chef Phoebe for an international collection of recipes celebrating the arrival of Spring. As a classically trained chef from Le Cordo Bleu in Paris and Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park, Chef Phoebe will guide you through technique and composition.

Upon completing your recipes, you will taste and share details of your experience preparing the recipes while enjoying the comforts of the Dogpatch private event space. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Phoebe grew up in a food-focused New England family where she began cooking at age 7. Her formal education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and at the Culinary Institute of America. She then moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for presidential candidates, foreign leaders, and other international figures, and enjoys sharing her love of food through cooking classes.
