Chef Joan's four-course seafood-centric class will inspire and delight you through a mouthwatering menu filled with rich and unique takes on classic French dishes. Trained in the classical art of French cuisine, Chef Joan is a true master of executing impeccable French fare and delights in sharing her knowledge as she teaches.
This class covers a number of exciting dishes: puff pastry-wrapped brie baked and drizzled with white wine gastrique, delicate ahi salad dotted with tomato and bacon confit, as well as fresh wild caught salmon encased in a potato crust and drizzled with luscious lemon beurre blanc. The meal wraps with a juicy berry cobbler served with creamy homemade ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring along wine or beer to enjoy during the class. Chef Joan offers wine pairing suggestions upon request.
