During this class, Chef Traci will teach you how to make classic Italian biscotti, delectably crispy treats that beg to be nibbled alongside or dunked into hot coffee.
Chef Traci will guide you with hands-on instruction, exploring traditional flavors like chocolate hazelnut as well as surprising combinations like anise, orange, and hazelnut. You’ll customize biscotti to take home by selecting your choice of mix-ins and sprinkling and drizzling on toppings such as shredded coconut and melted chocolate. Take home half a dozen dipped biscotti, plus a dozen more to freeze and enjoy later! As a bonus, this class is allergy friendly as biscotti are both dairy and gluten-free.
This class is hosted in a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen with an adjoining spacious dining room in a restored 1910 arts and crafts home.
