Chef Siska, a native of Indonesia, created this class to amplify color and flavor utilizing simple and authentic Indonesian ingredients.
This class covers several exotic dishes, starting with golden-hued rice seasoned with bright turmeric. You’ll also create a curry paste from scratch for succulent chicken curry, as well as fiery eggplant cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. Creamy sweet potato boba tea will accompany the meal.
