In this partially hands-on class, Chef Ronny will teach you how to make a restaurant-quality lavish dinner.
Chef Ronny, a master of luxury ingredients and impeccable culinary prowess, designed this menu to rival your favorite upscale restaurant.
The meal commences with a vegetable-forward autumnal salad, giving way to a delightfully silky baked egg over polenta. Prior to the main course, you’ll enjoy a palate-cleansing herbaceous albacore crudo with fresh horseradish. Next, you’ll experience a fantastically tender 72-hour braised pork shoulder. The night concludes with a playfully sweet cornbread topped with premium aged balsamic.

Chef Ronny knows what he's doing. He has great knowledge behind the apron, and he's more than willing to share that with you. His cuisine is outstanding, and I cannot rave about the pork belly enough. It had deep flavor, and was unbelievably tender and moist. The perfect texture. Chef Ronny is a true craftsman in the kitchen, I highly recommend his classes.

Chef Ronny's cooking class blew me away! I enjoyed how even though it wasn't completely hands on, we still learned a lot in a short amount of time. Chef Ronny is extremely knowledgable and passionate about food. My favorite part of the class was learning how to plate different dishes and making something delicious look beautiful as well. I am looking forward to my next class!
