Create a delectable mediterranean feast with Chef Teena.

Mediterranean cuisine lends itself well to a foundation of vegetarian ingredients, and Chef Teena is an expert in bringing them to their full potential. With years of experience cooking and teaching as well as a mastery of exotic spices, Chef Teena will show you how to maximize the natural goodness of humble ingredients.

In this class, you’ll learn how to create a variety of classic Mediterranean snack favorites, like hummus and tzatziki served with lavash "chips." As you nosh, you’ll learn how to prepare and cook savory spinach and feta cheese spanakopita puffs and warming lentil soup with comforting flavors such as tomato and spices.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Teena, Meet our expectations and more, we really enjoyed the individual attention and tips of cooking as she was showing us how to prepare delicious Mediterranean food. The visual help along with being able to ask questions as I we prepared the meals really helped me become more confident in being able to prepare vegetarian cuisine.
