Chef Lamia begins the class with a section on how to make perfect quinoa, in which you’ll enjoy an exquisite and healthful salad with beans, cucumbers, and mango. For the main course, you’ll learn to master expertly seared scallops for Chef Lamia’s inventive dish featuring a luscious vanilla bean reduction. The class ends with a luxurious chocolate dessert to prove once and for all that deliciousness doesn’t necessitate gluten.
