Classic flavors of this traditional holiday with a contemporary twist
This hands-on cooking class will modernize your Thanksgiving menu. Learn to make Turchetta, an Italian-inspired turkey breast stuffed with stuffing and prosciutto for a flavorful main course. The chef instructor will guide you in perfectly roasting green beans with sweet potatoes and crafting a seasonal salad. Complement your holiday feast with a mini Bourbon pecan pie, adding a sweet and boozy twist to the classic dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs.
