Start by creating a vibrant escarole and endive salad, enhanced with the flavors of fresh shallots and a sprinkle of sea salt. Next, savor a dish of fluffy rice infused with spinach, lemon, feta (optional) and crunchy pistachios. Perfect your deep-frying skills with crispy tofu balls with carrots and green beans. For dessert, indulge in a rich plant-based chocolate mousse, made with silky tofu and decadent chocolate.

Listen, it was fine. She was amazing and super sweet. We did, however, ask for Kosher, and she had no idea aboyut that so our food restrictions were not relayed to her. And then when we did tell her that we're Kosher she wasn't clear on whether or not the ingredients had shellfish in it or not. Also, we did not have a choice in protein which is what the class had explained that we would, or that was the impression I was under. The main dish was wayyyyy too salty, the beef had been pre-seasoned and in my opinion inedible. Other than that she was wonderful and we learned things. It was fun.

A fantastic date night and overall experience!! We learned a lot about Thai cuisine and how to cook fresh and delicious meals. The chef instructor was friendly and gave us great pointers on cooking in general. It’s amazing how easy it is to make delicious and fresh meals at home, we just needed some guidance! Thank you for a great anniversary dinner/ experience. We can’t wait to try your other cooking courses and even your art classes!!
