Baking has always been a passion of mine – Since I was a child I’ve always wanted to challenge myself in the culinary world. I believe there is something very special about cooking & baking from scratch, using one’s own hands and wholesome ingredients. I attended culinary school in Sonoma County and earned degrees in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management as well as Baking & Pastry. I’ve worked with several catering companies, local restaurants and a gluten-free bakery.
