This hands-on cooking class highlights techniques that take grilling to the next level. The chef shares methods for enhancing the flavors and textures of a grilled menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Smoky-sweet hatch chile and bacon chutney elevates grilled pork chops served with mashed sweet potatoes. For a fiery finish, the chef teaches you the thrilling art of flambé.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
