Treat your special someone to a restaurant-style sushi feast.
In this hands-on cooking class, you and your date will practice rolling your own handmade sushi with tips from a world-class chef. You’ll practice fundamental skills from knife work to balancing flavors and textures as you craft your signature rolls. Accompany the meal with sushi bar staples including seasoned rice, savory dipping sauce and tempura shrimp.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
