Cooking Class - Healthy Baked Fish
If you’ve always wanted to know the secrets to cooking great fish, this class will show you how. Best of all, these dishes are healthy and tasty too.
Each and everything you prepare is fresh, adheres to the Paleo diet and is gluten-free to boot. You’ll start by making cassava-yucca based baked fries with sautéed shrimp before moving onto slow-cooked beef bone marrow topped with jalapeño sauce. Then, you’ll really get down to the business and make a fish of the day served with Toro—a mash eaten throughout Ghana—before finishing with some fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Afia is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
