Gear up for a sushi-making cooking class where Chef Greg shares his secrets for preparing phenomenal handcrafted rolls. It's a celebration of heritage flavors that give your usual fare a fabulous refresh.

Learn how to rice, slice and dice a variety of fish and seafood elements to prepare your sushi fillings with patient instruction from your master chef. Then, arrange your ingredients into finished rolls featuring blackened ahi tuna, spicy shrimp and cabbage and crispy Asian vegetables.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a group of 8 and Greg was very good about starting on time. He was clear in his instructions and techniques. He made learning how to make sushi fun and easy. His ingredients were tasty. He provided us with great alternatives as well. He was quite personable and able to answer all questions. This was a great class and a lot of fun. I immediately ordered bamboo rolling mats and have bought ingredients to try this at home. Highly recommend Greg’s classes.

I bought this for a gift for my business partner and his wife, they loved it and booked it for their Friday date night! They called me after the dinner and couldn’t keep talking about how wonderful the experience was and they even learned a few new things even though they both cook all of the time. They said the food was fresh and great too! The overall experience was great and I’m definitely going to get this as a gift for more people…I prefer gifting experiences vs actual gifts!
