Kids ages 6 to 12 are welcome to discover how to make fresh pasta
Your kids will love getting messy in the kitchen as they learn how to make their very own pasta, fresh and from scratch. They’ll learn kitchen skills and how to cook, and will maybe even impress their parents. Children ages 6 to 12 are welcome to participate. During this class, your kids will make Fresh Pasta Dough, Whole Grain Pasta, Pesto, House made Ricotta, Fettuccini, Tortellini and Brown Butter Sauce. Maybe they’ll be serving you dinner soon. Be sure to bring containers to take everything home. You’ll want to eat pasta this delicious.

Meet your chef
As a youngster, Chef John would skip school to make tomato soup and grilled cheese from scratch at home. Decades later, his passion for fresh food is just as strong as it ever was. He headed to college where he befriended and learned from chefs from the Caribbean, Southwest, Mexico and the South. Today, he travels to the Southwest and the South to discover new and exciting cooking techniques.
