Learn how to bake decadent and fluffy cakes
If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make a decadent and fluffy cake just like your favorite bakery does, this class is for you. You’ll learn the tips and tricks needed to make some of the fluffiest cakes around. You’ll cream, beat and bake three cakes and two frostings. You’ll be making a hearty Carrot Cake with Roasted Pistachios and Cream Cheese Buttercream, a tart Lemon Chiffon Cake with Toasted Meringue and finish off with a decadentDevil's Food Cake with Chocolate Mousse Frosting,. Be sure to bring a take home box with you. You’ll bring home a cake and a dozen cupcakes. Talk about a sweet treat!

Meet your chef
Chef Clemence was born in Paris and developed a taste for buttery, sweet and chocolate-filled pastries early in her life. And her love for chocolate has never waned. Her parents moved from France to Washington, D.C. where she perfected her chocolate chip cookie recipe. She studied film in Syracuse, New York, worked at Fox in L.A. for a stint before her friends convinced her to open a dessert company. Besides teaching, she also develops recipes and serves as a food consultant.
