Join top-rated Chef Carl for a hands-on three-course sushi cooking class where you'll get to learn the fundamentals of crafting your own. Class is perfect for the Japanese cuisine enthusiasts and ones wishing to expand their culinary horizons.

Start by learning to steam rice and prepare it for various sushi. Shape two types of traditional nigiri sushi before moving on to gunkan sushi rolls. Put your new skills to the test by making two different flavors in a single sushi roll for an exciting twist. End the class with a sweet Japanese treat. Reserve your spot today.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With 2 types of nigirizushi, including one aburi (seared nigiri)
Gunkan Sushi
With 2 types of traditional gunkan sushi: honey-smoked Norwegian salmon and seared, peppered ahi tuna
