Experience the art of dim sum making in this interactive class.
During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make Dim Sum classics. Start by exploring the techniques of making dumplings—from forming to pleating—and master the art of crafting fluffy steamed buns filled with barbecued pork, among other delicious dishes that make Dim Sum a culinary experience.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We loved the experience with chef Michael! He kept the class interesting, fun, and he's full of knowledge! Only thing is that the pizza should've had more toppings, but that's not his fault. We'd do it again hands down

Nice teacher but would have preferred to not share a station - 4 people meant we spent too much time waiting and watching. Wished we had come home with baked croissants since that was the main feature advertised. Otherwise we learned a lot and the cinnamon rolls and pain de chocolate were delicious.

Chef Michael was very helpful . This class was fun and he taught us some techniques to improve our skills to prep and present meals.
Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
