Get ready to transport your taste buds to the vibrant landscapes of Southern France with this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn to whip up a simple yet sublime salad, complete with a tangy French vinaigrette dressing. As for dessert, a heavenly seasonal tart bursting with figs, raspberries and a drizzle of sweet honey awaits you at the end.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

class was fun. but very light and fluffy. big disappointment is not having the correct containers to bring things home! you just taste while there and then leave everything

The class was well organized and moved at a good pace. I was not impressed with Chef Dan. He didn’t seem to enjoy what he was doing; he didn’t show us anything new or different in regards to cooking. He walked around with paper recipes and read the steps from them.
