Cooking Class - A Southern France Affair

What You’ll Do

Cook a meal inspired by the South of France

Be transported to France without stepping foot outside the kitchen in this Southern France affair cooking class. During this interactive class, you and your classmates will learn to cook tender chicken breast with capers, olives and roasted lemons. Practice chopping a salad with French vinaigrette and pair this with Pissaladière. You will end the class with a seasonal tart filled with figs and raspberries drizzled with honey.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a great time! Instructions were clear and easy to follow, Megan and her staff were all very attentive. I had loads of questions, all of which were answered in a friendly and knowledgable manner. And, of course, the meal was delicious.

My two teenage sons and I attended the Macaron class, and we had a wonderful time! The chef was kind, helpful, and knowledgable! I would definitely go back again!!!
