Enjoy a day in the life of a pastry chef, crafting decadent and balanced creations.

Immerse yourself in the world of classic French patisserie with this chef-led cooking class. Master essential baking techniques as you layer pâte à choux with silky, handmade vanilla-praline crème for an iconic Paris-Brest. Then, caramelized sugar with a sprinkle of French Grey Sea Salt packs a surprisingly complex sweetness. Wrap up with light, buttery shortbread cookies.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
