What You’ll Do

Learn to make a four-course Italian meal while having a blast in the kitchen.

Dive into the flavorful world of Italian cuisine with a hands-on cooking class taught by a professional chef. Master new skills in the kitchen such as knife skills, crafting pillowy gnocchi and grilling steak. Start with a roasted tomato and olive crostini as the first course. Next, prepare strip steak with chianti pan sauce accompanied by a side of potato gnocchi with fragrant basil pesto. End class with a creamy honey panna cotta with figs for dessert. Book today!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made pasta with two sauces and had a great time. My grandson learned how to cut onions, make pasta, mince garlic-all real chef techniques. He was so proud of himself and brought dinner home for his family. Just watching his joy in cooking was the best! I also learned techniques. The chefs were so positive and helpful. It was a great experience for both of us!

This was such an amazing experience! We did this as a corporate outing and it was the most fun event we have ever done. The food and fun was great!
