Cooking Class - French Croissant Making and Culinary Skills

Create fresh, buttered French croissants in this immersive cooking class that covers essential culinary skills.

Create flaky, buttery, fresh croissants in this baking-centered cooking class. Work alongside a master chef to learn the art of mixing and laminating dough and shaping it into fresh croissants. Top your creations with butter, honey or fresh fruit compote. The class covers several culinary techniques that are useful in any kitchen.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Tanya was kind but not engaging or enthusiastic. We left hungry- each person only gets to eat 2 slices of steak (we all agreed upon medium rare and staff cooked them to well done while the students were on a break). No student was allowed to use the blow torch, which was the top kitchen tool we were interested in learning how to use.

It was a great experience; the chef was very helpful and explained everything very accurately. The team was very nice too, and the food was really delicious. I learned a lot about how to make delicious steak and sweets in a good atmosphere. Recommended !!!
