Cooking Class - Regional Italian Favorites
Explore distinct and versatile dishes from across the Italian peninsula
This immersive cooking class showcases signature Italian flavors beyond the familiar pizzas and pasta dishes. Your chef instructor will guide you on a regional tour of Italy as you cook tender pork loin chops dressed with Italian salsa verde, assemble a fragrant citrus and fennel salad and make focaccia from scratch. Finish the meal with decadent zabaglione.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
