Cooking Class - Italian Lamb Chop Dinner
No pasta here! In this class, you’ll be learning how to make different Italian favorites. Chef Ali hails from farm-to-table restaurants in Napa Valley, and has fresh and healthy take on this popular cuisine.
Under his guidance, you’ll work to put together four tempting courses. As the main event, you will make lamb chops cooked to perfection, with organic heirloom fingerling potato chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, and snap peas in a tasty cabernet lamb sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
