Craft indulgent treats featuring everyone's favorite sweet ingredient
This immersive cooking class showcases the versatility of chocolate with a selection of decadent creations such as rich brownies, cloud-like mousse and silky gelato. From tempering chocolate and shaping delicate chocolate curls to preparing homemade salted caramel to complement your sweets, your chef instructor will teach you essential methods to enhance your dessert repertoire with chocolate delights.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
