Cooking Class - Master Flaky Croissant

What You’ll Do

Learn to craft savory and chocolate croissants with expert techniques for perfect, flaky results.

Step into a hands-on cooking class and discover the art of croissant-making. During this immersive three-hour session, you’ll create two types of croissants from scratch: savory ones filled with roasted leeks and Gruyère, and classic pain au chocolat with rich dark chocolate. As you roll and fold the dough, you’ll learn the secrets to achieving perfectly flaky, buttery layers that make these pastries irresistible.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
