Craft a fresh, flavorful menu inspired by balmy evenings in France.
This hands-on cooking class explores classic French flavors and techniques. Guided by your chef instructor, you’ll transform premium ingredients into a stunning date night menu featuring grilled salmon and a luxurious side dish. The chef will also share tips for preparing a silky-smooth custard for a decadent vanilla bean crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was the first cooking class I took at Sur la Table, it was great! Greg, the chef, did such a great job teaching the class. I'm looking forward to going to more classes.
