Cooking Class - French Sweets
Explore the flavors and techniques of your favorite French desserts.
Join a gourmet baker for this fun and interactive cooking class. Start by preparing a rustic apple tarte tatin with a rich caramel sauce and a buttery pastry. Learn how to perfectly whisk, fold and bake an authentic soufflé with crème anglaise. The main attraction is a showstopping crêpes Suzette — flambé and all.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.
