During this engaging cooking class, you and your partner will expand your palate and culinary skills as you learn to prepare Thailand's most iconic meals. Characterized by a harmonious blend of sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy flavors, an expert chef will guide you through the techniques to blend ingredients to perfection.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved the experience with chef Michael! He kept the class interesting, fun, and he's full of knowledge! Only thing is that the pizza should've had more toppings, but that's not his fault. We'd do it again hands down

Nice teacher but would have preferred to not share a station - 4 people meant we spent too much time waiting and watching. Wished we had come home with baked croissants since that was the main feature advertised. Otherwise we learned a lot and the cinnamon rolls and pain de chocolate were delicious.

Chef Michael was very helpful . This class was fun and he taught us some techniques to improve our skills to prep and present meals.
Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
