Cooking Class - All About Laminated Dough
Create two mouthwatering buttery pastry creations by hand with this skills-based cooking experience.
Learn to make one of the most iconic pastries of all time, completely from scratch in this chef-led cooking class. Mix and laminate your own dough, creating numerous delicate layers that cook into flaky deliciousness. Cut, roll and shape your pastries into the classic croissant shape then add a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before rolling up some flaky morning buns.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
