Cooking Class - Baking Britannia: Exploring British Pastry
Learn how to craft British baked delights.
Settle down for a spot of afternoon tea and delicious British-baked goodies in this exciting cooking class. You'll create baked good favorites from across the pond, including the beloved Victoria Sponge Cake layered with strawberry jam and cream, a traditional sticky toffee pudding and finally, take a savory detour as you create a filling sausage roll made with flaky puff pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
