Start with an appetizer of Maryland-style mini crab cakes with avocado and cilantro. Learn how to marinate and grill a steak. Chop vegetables for a fresh arugula salad. You'll also prepare oven-roasted fingerling potatoes accented with flat-leaf parsley and Parmigiano Reggiano.
