Enjoy this Northern France countryside meal with Chef Pilar!
In this hands-on class, Chef Pilar will teach you how to create the perfect meal from Northern France. You will start off with a thyme scented fig salad with champagne vinaigrette. For the main dish, you will learn how to roast a cornish hen with shallots and mirepoix with a side of smashed butternut squash purée with sage. And for dessert, you will learn how to create light and fluffy palmier pastries.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy during and after the meal. Chef Pilar will also provide spiced cider!

Growing up in the restaurant industry I've learned to cook efficiently, but my grandmother is who gave me my soul in the kitchen. I'm inspired by my travels and the beautifully vibrant produce we have in California. I aim to create simple, yet unique dishes. I believe every bite of food should be a special one and I can't wait to share my passion with all of you!
