In this hands-on class, Chef Pilar will teach you how to create the perfect meal from Northern France. You will start off with a thyme scented fig salad with champagne vinaigrette. For the main dish, you will learn how to roast a cornish hen with shallots and mirepoix with a side of smashed butternut squash purée with sage. And for dessert, you will learn how to create light and fluffy palmier pastries.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages to enjoy during and after the meal. Chef Pilar will also provide spiced cider!
