In this hands-on class, you and your guests will be 'traveling' the Mediterranean... through your taste buds! You will start off with a simple tomato and fennel soup, perfect for those chilly Los Angeles evenings. For the main entree, you will learn how to roast branzino and enjoy it with a side of couscous salad. As for dessert, Chef Pilar will teach you how to create a simple and delicious dessert- orange blossom caramel with candied peaches, pine nuts and cream.
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage to enjoy during or after the meal.
