Learning how to cook from her grandmother and mother, Chef Maew specializes in healthy and traditional Thai food that has been passed down for many generations. From 1994 to 2001, she opened a Thai restaurant. Since then, she has been the director of food and catering at El Camino college, and catered for multiple events. Learn how to cook simple, healthy, delicious recipes that look as good as they taste!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Join Chef Maew's Thai class and learn to make curry and chicken satay!
In this Thai cooking class, you'll learn to make chicken satay with peanut sauce, the classic appetizer, and authentic Thai curry. Chef Maew explains and demonstrates masterfully the importance of presentation and will teach you that there's no need to be intimidated by cooking by breaking everything down easily and recommending substitutions.
Chef Maew will even show you her gorgeous garden where she gets most of her produce including certain ingredients that are difficult to find in stores. Many have grown just from the seeds of farmers market veggies!
Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage to the class.
