From smoked alligator sausage sliders to a decadent banana foster, this hands-on class is a complete celebration of Louisiana cuisine, honoring the distinctive flavors of Cajun and Creole cooking. Throw your taste buds a party worthy of the French Quarter and experience what NOLA cuisine is all about!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
