In this cooking class, Chef Jackie will demonstrate the vegan takes on four salads to elevate picnics or other social outings. The best bit - the plant-based versions are even more lavish than their originals!

Start the vegan feast by making creamy Campanelle salad with microgreens. Then, drizzle freshly prepared balsamic vinegar reduction on a plant-based version of salad Caprese. Continue exploring the flavors by making herbaceous potato salad with a hint of lemon zest. Finish with a sweet watermelon note balanced with a savory addition of avocado and mint.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jackie cooked up a delicious, social evening--using the freshest ingredients and creating the warmest environment. She cut and cubed her way into each of our hearts, and empowered us to cook with a bit more confidence. Who knew the best chocolate pudding dessert could be made with garbanzo beans?! We had a great time cooking with Chef Jackie! Learned a lot in a fun and relaxing environment, and of course the food was delicious. Especially appreciate that Chef Jackie made sure to keep us involved in the cooking process and gave us a friendly nudge in the right direction if we weren't doing something correctly. It's important to give that kind of proper instruction and constructive criticism. Would definitely recommend a class with Chef Jackie!
