Then, learn to craft the perfect seasonal risotto, choosing from wild mushroom, chicken, Milanese or a decadent three-cheese blend, all stirred into creamy Arborio rice. Elevate your main course with chicken piccata. Conclude your culinary journey with a divine dark chocolate mousse.
