Cooking Class - Beyond Bourguignon - Fresh French Cooking

Go beyond bourguignon and learn about the lighter side of French cooking.

French cooking can be hearty but heavy, so this cooking class will explore the lighter side of French cuisine. The French are known for their ability to make elegant dishes with what they find on a daily trip to the local market utilizing proteins like fish, chicken and eggs with in-season produce and fresh herbs. Not all French recipes require wine and butter!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
