Cooking Class - Fresh Spring Macarons
Craft little decadent bites of spring flavors.
Bite-sized sweet treats will be on the menu of this hands-on cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the recipe for making macarons featuring fresh spring flavors. Plus, learn the essential techniques needed to craft these decadent little desserts.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I didn’t have a good experience compared to the other cooking classes I did coz first it’s not chef Ethan and the chef already made the Thai sauce and coconut lime sorbet plus at the end we’re not able to bring our left over home for some liability issues they said plus we didn’t have a recipe printed out she said she will email it but didn’t receive it so overall I can only give 2 stars

Meet your chef
Originally from Central Illinois, Chef Ethan studied computer engineering at Southern Illinois University before jumping/falling into the culinary world. He left Illinois for Michigan to study at the Culinary Institute of Michigan where he trained as a pastry chef with amazing instructors who helped the chef find a passion for exploring what’s possible with food. After spending time working in different restaurants and bakeries, Chef Ethan moved into teaching cooking classes, finding a great way to deepen his own culinary skills while helping others develop theirs.
