Make delicious croissants in this hands-on cooking class in Ann Arbor.

Learn the techniques behind beautifully layered croissants in this hands-on cooking class in Ann Arbor. You’ll prepare classic croissant dough before turning it into a sweet maple pecan version and a savory croissant filled with Gruyère and caramelized onions. Chef Daniel or a resident chef will guide you through rolling, folding and laminating the dough to create the flaky texture that makes croissants so distinctive. This cooking class in Ann Arbor is ideal for bakers who want to understand the process from scratch while experimenting with both sweet and savory fillings.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
