Cooking Class - Steaming Sensations
Mastering the magic of Chinese dumplings.
As food lovers gather to prepare, sample and share delectable bite-sized morsels in this chef-led cooking class, it’s easy to see why dim sum translates as “touch the heart.” In this hands-on class, you’ll work alongside classmates practicing the steps for making dough for wrappers and preparing delicious fillings for these classic savory treats.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
