Explore authentic Italian cuisine and rich flavors.
Craft a meal that will make you feel as if you're in Italy in this engaging cooking class. Chef Juan will teach you how to make an authentic Italian feast featuring luxurious flavors.
Start by making an Italian crudo, a raw fish dish served with herbs and tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil. Then, make fluffy gnocchi with a rich bolognese made from pork and beef and flavored with fennel and parmesan. On the side, enjoy fennel braised in butter and white wine. Enjoy a decadent butterscotch budino for dessert.
