Explore the rich and exciting flavors of Brazilian cooking in this hands-on cooking class.
Step into a world of bold flavors and exciting textures in this Brazilian cooking class. Brazilian food is known for its fusion of flavors that draw influence from different cultures across the world, like Portuguese, West African and Asian cuisine. In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to make a traditional cheese board known as pão de Queijo before cooking the main dish: a Brazilian meat pancake. Finish the class with delicious tapioca crepes filled with a Latin favorite, bananas and cinnamon or a modern Nutella filling.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
