With the guidance of the expert Chef Greg, you'll discover how simple it is to make your own sushi in this fun and interactive cooking class. Create your own sushi rolls with the freshest ingredients and classic sushi-rolling techniques. You’ll start by creating your own ahi tuna rolls. Next, you’ll create a seafood roll with spicy shrimp. Finally, you’ll create a crispy vegetable roll that you’ll want to share with all of your loved ones.

We selected the "Cuisine from Spain" private meal option with Chef Greg as an at-home date since we have a baby and going out can be difficult. Chef Greg and the meal were great! We had good communication before the meal and he understood our dietary restrictions and time limitations. I'm a vegetarian and Chef Greg made sure that I could enjoy every course. The food was flavorful and we really enjoyed the crema catalana for dessert. Would definitely recommend a meal with Chef Greg.
